Kaitātari Pakihi: Business Analyst (Intermediate)

We're looking for a Business Analyst who can handle multiple priorities and different types of analysis work. Join our Business Analysis team in role that will expose you to a wide range of analysis work and provide a supportive learning environment for your professional growth. 

In this role, you'll lead the triage of ServiceNow requests, define requirements for both catalog items and complex integrations, and provide consultative support during build and configuration. You'll also coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and capture post-deployment feedback to inform future enhancements.

Beyond this day-to-day delivery, you'll contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives, applying your skills in problem analysis, business process design, detailed requirements analysis.

This is a permanent role strictly based in Wellington.

He angitūtanga: About the Role

This role works closely with customers across TEC in a collaborative team environment.  The responsibilities of the role are to:

  • Lead the triage of ServiceNow requests
  • Facilitate workshops to capture catalog requirements
  • Conduct deep-dive sessions for complex or integration-based requests
  • Support the build and configuration activities of developers
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather post-release feedback
  • Deliver business analysis services for projects and continuous improvement initiatives

  • At least 2 years' experience working as a business analyst*Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform

  • Proven ability to work closely with technical teams in an agile environment  A team-first attitude, always keen to support others and share knowledge

The salary range for this position starts from $87,997 up to $103,526 + 3% KiwiSaver depending on demonstrable skills and experience
