What you'll do:
As a Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist at KidsCan, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the charity's online presence and supporting its mission. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing digital marketing strategies, creating engaging content across various platforms, and analysing performance metrics. You will also work closely with internal teams and external agencies to align digital marketing efforts with organisational objectives. - Develop and refine the digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Services Manager
- Manage all social media channels including content planning, development, community management, and posting
- Create engaging digital content for various channels ensuring it meets customer needs and adheres to brand guidelines
- Coordinate email campaigns aiming for high open rates and alignment with objectives
- Work with external media agencies to manage SEO and SEM efforts within budget
- Oversee daily website operations including updates, optimisations, functionality enhancements
- Monitor campaign performance providing actionable insights to maximise ROI
- Develop a plan for managing influencers including creating bespoke communications
What you bring:
As our ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist role at KidsCan, you bring along a wealth of experience in digital marketing. Your background includes strategy development, content creation, channel management as well as working with external media agencies on SEO/SEM initiatives. You have proven your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with broader marketing plans. Your strong content creation skills enable you to produce engaging digital content optimised for various platforms. Your commitment to brand guidelines and effective representation of the organisation across all digital channels will be key to your success in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related field
- Advanced certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM or content marketing
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing focusing on strategy development, content creation, channel management
- Proven track record in managing social media channels, email campaigns, website operations
- Experience working with external media agencies managing SEO/SEM initiatives
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams developing digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in managing all aspects of social media channels including content planning, community management, posting
